Dr Imran Khan

Background

Dr Imran Khan was born and bred in Greater Manchester in the United Kingdom.

He graduated in 2001 with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from The University of Sheffield, United Kingdom.

Dr Khan has 20 years of clinical experience as a Doctor in the United Kingdom, Australia & Qatar.

He was a Principal GP and Medical Director of a well-established Health Centre in Manchester for over 8 years. As a meritorious member of the Royal College of General Practitioners in the United Kingdom for 9 years, he was awarded full accreditation with the The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2019.

Dr Khan has developed innovative and highly effective methodologies for training medical students, junior doctors and providing highly efficient healthcare to patients in the United Kingdom, Australia and Qatar.

He fulfilled a boyhood dream of working for the Manchester United Football Club medical team for over 9 years.

Dr Khan has keen interests in Aged Care, Cardiology, Respiratory Medicine, Mental Health, Men’s Health, Paediatrics, Sports Medicine, Medicinal Cannabis and Aesthetic medicine. He is serving as a founding board member of The Australian and New Zealand College of Cannabinoid Practitioners.

He has two young, active and fun-loving daughters who keep him busy on the weekends and evenings. In his free time he enjoys playing soccer, cycling, Thai-boxing and relaxing on the beach.
